01 — About
Karamjeet Singh Sodhi — known professionally as Karam — is one of India's most accomplished and internationally recognised educator-trainers, with 28 years of K-12 experience.
His work bridges classroom realities with global educational research, deeply grounded in Indian contexts and aligned with NEP 2020, NCF-SE 2023 and the demands of 21st-century learning.
Operating as an independent trainer, framework architect and curriculum developer alongside his role as Academic Coordinator at a Senior Secondary Delhi Government School, Karam has — across two decades — trained 1,000+ trainers and 10,000+ teachers, with a ripple effect reaching over a million students.
He is a TESOL International Faculty Member, CBSE Master Trainer, US State Department Exchange Alumni and a sought-after keynote speaker at national and international forums.

03 — Original Work
Each framework below was created to solve a real classroom problem and refined across thousands of teachers. They translate global research into Indian practice.
04 — Innovation
"Because every child deserves to be seen, heard, and inspired."
A thoughtful fusion of two powerful ideas — Responses and Popsicles — reimagined as colourful acrylic sticks that transform every classroom into an inclusive, joyful and fair learning space. A tool born from the conviction that fairness in the classroom isn't an ideal to aspire to — it's a practice to embody every single day.
